In Hillsborough County (FL), Diane Sweeney supports a team of secondary-level coaches to implement student-centered coaching across the content areas.

 

In Denver Public Schools (CO), Diane Sweeney is working with a team of Teacher Effectiveness Coaches serving across the district. This support has been framed by the goal to take a more student-centered approach in the coaches work with teachers.

At International School Bangkok (Thailand), Diane Sweeney is working with a team of coaches and the leadership team. The project will include coaching labs in the areas of mathematics, literacy, science, social studies, and technology.

In Northbrook District 28 (IL), Diane Sweeney has worked with teacher leaders, coaches, principals, and district leaders to develop a learning lab model in which teachers observe in other classrooms. She has also supported coaches to develop their knowledge and expertise in adult learning and literacy, and is working with teachers across grades K-8 in the area of teaching writing.

In Midlothian District 143 (IL), Diane Sweeney works directly with students, teachers, literacy coaches, principals, and district leaders to support the coaching effort as well as writing instruction across grades K-8. This project has included sessions focusing on the practices for student-centered coaching, learning labs, and the use of writer's notebooks in the classroom.

In Council Bluffs (IA), Diane is working with a team of secondary coaches to build towards a model of student-centered coaching. This project includes a combination of coaching labs, content sessions, and work with the leadership team.

In Seminole County School District (FL), Mariah Dickson has worked with the secondary team of coaches to develop and implement a coaching model that is rooted in student data and is standards-based.

In Glenview School District 34 (IL), Diane Sweeney has partnered with district leaders to develop and implement a student-centered coaching model. This has included working with the district to recruit effective literacy coaches, provide literacy support to teachers, and develop a district-wide model of learning labs for teachers to observe in other classrooms. Diane also provides direct support to teachers in the area of teaching writing.

In St. Joseph Public Schools (MO), Diane Sweeney worked with St. Joseph for seven years. She helped the district in the early formation of their coaching model and has continued to support the coaches, principals, and district leaders as their needs and goals evolve.

In Edmonds School District (WA), Diane Sweeney has worked with Edmonds School District in a project designed to build and sustain teacher and principal leadership around effective literacy instruction. As a part of this project, she worked with the district to design and implement student-based coaching model across grades K-6.

In Gadsden School District (NM), Susan Levy has worked with the Gadsden School District to provide meaningful job-embedded training for a team of instructional coaches. Susan has provided training both in a large group as well as through coaching demonstrations at school sites.

In Mehlville School District (MO), Susan Levy has developed a team of coaches to use the methods and practices for student-centered coaching. Her work includes direct support to principals and coaches.
