Cancellation Policy: A refund less a $30 processing fee will be granted if a request is received at least 15 days prior to the start of the seminar. Less than 15 days, you will be refunded less a $30 processing fee only if your slot can be filled.

Rooms will be held for conference attendees at a discounted rate of $109.00/night,
including breakfast and shuttle service to and from Denver International Airport.

For your security, we do not collect credit card information. Instead credit card transactions will be processed through PayPal and will include a 2% handling fee. Within 24 hours of registration you will receive an online invoice from PayPal
with payment instructions.
