We strive to provide rich opportunities for learning that are based in the demanding school context. Our services are customized to meet the needs of each district we serve. For the greatest impact we suggest a combination of the following services:

Demonstrations provide participants with the opportunity to see the work unfold in their own school or district. This real-life modeling helps participants learn how new theories, strategies, and tools might be applied in their own schools. Also included are many opportunities for discussion and reflection. Sessions focus on coaching, teaching, or leadership.

 

Ongoing support includes projects that are developed in partnership with a district. They typically take place over three to five years and encourage collaborative learning among coaches, teachers, and leaders in a school district. Ongoing support weaves together an emphasis on coaching, teaching, and leadership to provide a comprehensive approach to school improvement.

 

CONFERENCES, INSTITUTES, & KEYNOTE       SESSIONS

These sessions are customized to the needs of the group. Sessions vary from an interactive design to a keynote structure. Such sessions share content, and also engage participants in many opportunities for discussion and reflection.

 

e Consulting is a cost-effective way to provide ongoing support through phone, email, and the web. e Consulting is included with all large projects, but is also available for schools or districts seeking this type of individualized support.
