IMPLEMENTATION IN YOUR DISTRICT

We work on an ongoing basis in districts across the US and abroad. It is our belief that to reach a deep level of implementation, it is most beneficial to provide needs-based support within your school or district. This work includes a combination of presentation, supported implementation in schools, and rich opportunities for discussion, reflection, and problem-solving.

e Consulting is a cost-effective way to provide ongoing support through Skype, phone, email, and the web.

e Consulting is included with all large projects, but is also available for schools or districts seeking this type of individualized support at a lower cost.

CONFERENCES & INSTITUTES

Sessions vary from an interactive design to a keynote structure. Sessions are designed to share content and engage participants in many opportunities for discussion and reflection. Stay tuned for upcoming institutes to be offered from Spark Innovation.

Weekly residencies are ideal for schools that are abroad or those seeking a deep-reaching and rapid implementation. Consultants spend a full week in the school providing direct support to teachers, principals, and coaches as well as e consulting follow up via phone or Skype.
